 As an asset manager as defined in the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Article 198, Paragraph 1), the company shall, based on the agreement, manage assets in accordance with the investment target and policies stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation of JSL.
 The following is work entrusted to the asset management company.
(1) Work related to management of JSL’s assets (2) Work related to fund procurement for JSL (3) Reporting to JSL (4) Other work related or incidental to the above (1) - (3), which JSL entrusts as needed (including participating in JSL’s Board of Directors and making reports.)

The company concluded an asset custodian agreement with JSL on May 12, 2015.
 As an asset custodian as defined in the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Article 208, Paragraph 1), the company shall, based on the agreement, conduct work related to custody of assets held by JSL.
 The company also concluded a unitholder register administration agreement with the asset manager on March 12, 2015, and JSL succeeded the contractual status from the asset manager on May 12, 2015.
 As a general administrator as defined in the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Article 117, Paragraphs 2, 3 and 6), the company shall, based on the agreement, conduct work related to preparing, administrating and keeping the unitholder register (however, JSL shall entrust work related to the debt register separately) and work related to issuance of investment securities.
 The company also concluded an administrative agency agreement with JSL on May 12, 2015.
 As a general administrator as defined in the Investment Trusts Act (Article 117, Paragraphs 4, 5 and 6), the company shall, based on the agreement, conduct work related to calculation, work related to preparation of accounting records, work related to tax payment and work related or incidental to the above work.

Kenedix, Inc. is the asset manager’s parent company (as described in Ordinance on Terminology, Forms and Preparation Methods of Financial Statements, etc. (Ministry of Finance Ordinance No. 59, 1963; as amended) Article 8, Paragraph 3).
